How Large Format 2D Laser Cutting Works
The (Trumpf TruFlow) laser, which is robust and reliable, will create extremely smooth cutting edges which generally do not require post-processing. Due to compact machine dimensions and a simple operating concept, the TruLaser 3030 is the perfect overall package for the production of your laser-cut parts. Software guides the laser to industry leading tolerances and parameters. Operating parameters for material thickness: 5/8" Thickness for Mild Steel & 3/8" Thickness Aluminum Sheet. Collision protection
Collision protection for your cutting head guarantees the highest process reliability. You benefit from shorter non-productive times due to increased machine availability. In the event of collisions, damage to the cutting head is avoided.
AdjustLine enables the easy adjustment of the cutting process to materials of different quality. The function increases process reliability, especially when cutting material of a poor quality. This means less scrap and lower material costs. The operator can switch AdjustLine on or off at any time – programming is not required.
