Team members at Dane Manufacturing recently completed hands-on training for our first Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM) Cell, and as of this week, the cell is fully operational.
This achievement represents a crucial milestone for Dane because we are continually focused on reducing Manufacturing Critical-path Time (MCT), while enhancing operational performance. The new cell functions through a cross functional team that works together to figure out the most efficient and effective way to produce high-quality parts.

The launch of our first QRM cell marks the start of a new phase at Dane Manufacturing which took months of planning, team collaboration and training courses. Additional QRM initiatives are in the works as QRM has become a critical part of Dane’s strategy for the future.
