This privacy policy for Dane Manufacturing Company (“our”, “us” or “we”) describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share your information when you use our services (“Services”) including when you visit and navigate our website (/) and when you engage with us in related ways.

8. CHANGES TO OUR BUSINESS

If the ownership of our business substantially changes or we otherwise transfer assets related to our business, through events such as a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred or sold as part of that transaction.  In such an event, unless permitted otherwise by law, your Personal Data would remain subject to the promises made in this Privacy Policy unless you agree otherwise. 9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information or Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent/guardian and are aware that your children have provided us with personally identifiable information or Personal Data, please contact us. In the event we learn that we have collected Personal Data from someone under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will take steps to delete it from our servers.

10. NO SENSITIVE INFORMATION

We have no need for any of the following sensitive personal information: social security numbers; driver’s license numbers; health or genetic information; credit card information; information on age, race, disability or religion, etc. Please do not provide sensitive information to us.

11. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location or the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may have certain statutory rights in relation to your Personal Data. For example, you may have the right to: (i) access your Personal Data; (ii) delete it from our records; (iii) change or update your Personal Data; (iv) transfer your Personal Data; (v) alter how or object to we process your Personal Data; or (vi) file a complaint with a data protection authority.
